Orders & shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only, including all fifty states. We're not able to ship to international addresses, US territories, or APO/FPO military addresses at this time.
Where do my items ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched on a tracked service. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days and delivery a further 6 to 8 business days, so most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days of being placed.
Will I pay any extra fees on delivery?
No. The price you pay at checkout is the full price of your order. There are no additional duties, taxes or fees to pay when it arrives.
How do I track my order?
The moment your order leaves our facility we email a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 1 to 2 business days to begin updating after dispatch, which is normal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't entered our fulfilment pipeline yet, email support@arthur-wells.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to amend or cancel it. Once a parcel is in transit, cancellation isn't possible.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return window?
You have 30 calendar days from the day of delivery to request a return or exchange.
What condition do items need to be in?
Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and authorised returns are shipped to our returns facility, so international return shipping rates may apply. We recommend a tracked, insured service. The exception is faulty, damaged or incorrect items, which we cover in full.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email support@arthur-wells.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions and the correct address, so please wait for that before shipping anything back.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect, what now?
Email support@arthur-wells.com within 30 days with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement, repair or full refund at no cost to you.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return reaches us and is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to display it.
Sizing & fit
How do I find my size?
Each product page lists measurements, and our size guide covers how our pieces are cut. If you're between sizes, email us before ordering and we'll advise.
What if it doesn't fit?
You can exchange for a different size within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn with tags intact.
Payment & security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus the additional payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Card details are handled by our secure payment processors and we never store full card numbers. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
