Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including all fifty states. At this time we are not able to ship to international addresses, US territories, or APO/FPO military addresses.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.

How long delivery takes

Orders are dispatched on a tracked service. Delivery takes 6 to 8 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days of being placed. These are estimates and not guarantees, as carrier handling can occasionally add time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all US orders.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 1 to 2 business days to begin updating after dispatch, which is normal.

Duties and taxes

There are no additional duties or fees to pay on delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the full price of your order.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we will help if the order has not yet shipped.

Delays

Once an order is with the carrier it is in their hands, but if something looks wrong with your tracking, contact us and we will chase it for you.
